About the Role
This is a heavily strategic position requiring a strong Engineering background and Architecture experience. The successful candidate will own Engineering, Product, and Data, and be responsible for building a technical strategy, gaining clarity with the business vision, and providing insights on what is possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Build a technical strategy and gain clarity with the business vision
- Own Engineering, Product, and Data teams
- Experience working in B2C environment with data used to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Strong Engineering background and Architecture experience
- Proven experience in growing and scaling technology teams and functions
