Responsibilities: Support the learning and development of children with Special Educational Needs (ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, and learning difficulties). Work one-on-one or in small groups to help children achieve their learning goals. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to provide tailored learning experiences. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable. Understanding of various SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. A caring, patient, and positive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
