About the Role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Administrator to join our busy Residential Property team, on either a full or part time basis.
This is a busy and varied role, and the successful candidate will provide effective administrative support to multiple fee earners. The main duties will include:
* Corresponding with clients and external organisations
* Producing and amending legal documents
* Updating client files on our practice management system (Proclaim)
* Carrying out ID and money laundering checks
* Ordering property searches
* Completing a range of post-completion tasks
This role is open to candidates seeking full time or part time working options (minimum of 24 hours per week). We also operate a fantastic Flexible Working Scheme, to help our employees to balance the demands of their work and home life.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Be an experienced administrator
* Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
* Be highly organised and hard working
* Have great communication skills and be able to work well in a team
* Be keen to learn and develop
* Be able to pick up new skills and systems easily
* Have strong initiative skills and a “can-do” approach
* Have a keen eye for detail and be able to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy
* Ideally have prior experience in a similar role, but this is not essential as full training will be provided
