Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated assistant with previous administration, organisational and experience to join the Rochdale Clinical Director. As a management assistant working within the Service, you will provide administrative support to the clinical director and other managers within the service. Your duties include responding to emails, answering phone calls, staff inquiries, minute taking, organising meetings, dealing with medical rotas, teaching, and training sessions.
The hours are negotiable at 21.25.
Main Duties of the Job
To provide admin support to the Clinical Director, providing accurate and efficient admin support to the Medical Manager and wider team.

Education / Qualifications
Essential Criteria
* GCSE English / Maths or equivalent.
* NVQ Level 3, RSA 3, City and Guilds certificate.
Desirable Criteria
* RSA III or equivalent.
Experience
Essential Criteria
* Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
* Admin experience.
Desirable Criteria
* Work experience in a medical environment.
Knowledge
Essential Criteria
* Office Procedures and Systems.

* Knowledge of NHS.
