As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Payroll & Compliance Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure we stay compliant with industry regulations. If you are well organised, have strong attention to details and are a keen problem solver, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities: Processing payroll for our contractors – making sure everyone is paid correctly and on time Handling timesheets, invoices, and reconciliations with precision Keeping us compliant – right-to-work checks, qualifications, and employment regulations Maintaining accurate records and assisting with audits Supporting new candidate onboarding and ensuring all compliance documents are in place Working with clients, candidates, and colleagues to resolve any payroll queries quickly and efficiently The succesfull candidate will have: Experience in payroll administration, ideally within recruitment or a fast-paced environment High levels of customer service delivery Attention to detail – you’ll be working with numbers, so accuracy is key Problem-solving skills – you love getting stuck into challenges and finding solutions A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude Why Join Us?
