What Were Looking For:
* Proven chef experience, ideally in a high-end or Rosette-standard kitchen (but not essential if you have fresh food experience)
* Creativity, a flair for culinary innovation, and a commitment to excellence
* A driving license and own transport are advantageous
* Passion, determination, and a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
* Take charge of Chef de Partie duties with professionalism and attention to detail
* Monitor and maintain the quality of food prepared and presented
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
* Contribute creative ideas to menus, if desired
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at £25,500 +per year, plus tips
