What the Job Involves In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a comprehensive mental health service across West Sussex. This includes developing and implementing a new social work service model, addressing the needs of both the older population and working-age individuals. You will lead efforts to enhance community support and reablement services, ensuring that individuals can maintain their independence. Your responsibilities will also include managing emergency responses when necessary, fostering agile working methods post-COVID, and aligning services closely with health partners to ensure timely interventions and strategic alignment across the board.
