East Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is looking to recruit a Senior Manager, Mental Health & Recovery Services to join their management team. The successful applicant will provide strategic direction, leadership and management of East Renfrewshire Mental Health and Recovery services, which includes oversight of the following teams: primary care mental health team (PCMHT), adult community mental health team (CMHT), older person’s mental health team (OPMHT), alcohol & drugs recovery service (ADRS), and mental health officer team (MHO).
They will work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team to achieve the objectives of the HSCP and as such lead on or contribute to wider areas of work aligned to the HSCP strategic and operational objectives.
The post holder will be actively involved in the planning, development and management of our integrated community Mental Health and Integrated Alcohol & Drugs Recovery services within East Renfrewshire and will deliver high quality person and family centred services in line with the national, regional and local strategy.
The post holder will provide leadership to mental health services ensuring the delivery of objectives through high impact transformational leadership, and the implementation and maintenance of a robust performance management framework.
They will work with the HSCP and Acute Services to update and deliver the mental health strategy. This will include the creation of new and innovative ways of working and embedding community-based integrated services.
