You’ll be responsible for: General Framework Management Support the team in updating and maintaining internal and external framework SharePoint sites and client databases including document updates, project financial data and pipeline. Liaise with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to organise and attend relevant meetings, prepare notes, capture data, circulate actions, and communicate / follow up. Monitor the framework leads and prospects and ensure opportunities are accurately logged. Research target growth sectors. Assist with training of Mace project teams with creation of presentations and briefing packs. Collate, manipulate, and analyse internal data from various sources to produce reports and visual presentations to support regular framework development and reporting (e.g. Framework Board reports). Liaise regularly with internal teams to collate data for project and KPI reporting and ensure framework data held is accurate. Work with framework team to drive compliance and continuous improvement across all framework projects, including adherence to corporate processes and systems. Support project teams with contract preparation process (e.g. Docusign). Provision of some support to internal financial and commercial management processes. Collate and prepare data required for annual framework audits. Interrogate framework pipeline opportunities and support the Framework Business Plan. Provision of some support to commercial and financial management processes. Assist in tracking changes to reporting data and identify support in identification of solutions. Conduct research, analysis, record-keeping and other supporting activities. Monitor and actively engages in relevant Health, Safety and Wellbeing activities. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition where possible. Framework development activities Support of framework initiatives with external framework team including events planning (e.g. social value, supply chain engagement). Create PowerPoint presentations for client interviews and various meetings and events. Support teams in preparation of submissions and presentations for opportunities. Produce capability statements / documents and case studies from existing projects. Support marketing and business development in campaigns and client engagement activities. Undertake research of, clients, core sectors, construction market dynamics, government and industry publications, white papers etc. You’ll need to have: Proactive\: Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
