Job Description
Sales Administrator - 3 Month+ Contract, Maidenhead:
3. Work closely with sales team to deal with all sales adminiistration including - matching invoices to deals, maintaining trackers and supporting account managers
4. Involved in contract and Sales Order Administration
5. To assist with processing sales orders and maintenance trackers and to assist in timely invoicing process to generate positive business cash flow from new orders and contract renewals.
6. Processing Sales Orders and and producing POs
7. Answer customer queries by telephone and email
8. To issue invoices and raise POs
9. To set up customer files for new customers ensuring that all sales orders and necessary customer documentation is accurately recorded on the system.
10. To ensure that digital copies are made of the sales information and customer records.
11. Provide correct advice to customers in response to contract queries
12. To provide support and assistance with the production of monthly reports to ensure that the executive team receive accurate and up to date information for forecasting / decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
Sales Administrator - 3 Month+ Contract, Maidenhead:
13. Previous experience of sales order processing, or similar admin experience.
14. Understanding of sales contracts and billing would be advantageous but not essential.
15. Strong systems skills including Excel to Pivot Table and VLookUp level.
16. Educated at degree level in a relevant subject

17. Excellent planning and organisational skills to successfully plan and co-ordinate a high number of activities, with excellent time management, prioritisation and the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure.
18. Exceptional attention to detail.
19. Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner

What's on Offer
£12 to £15 per hour dependant upon the level of experience.
