Responsibilities • Supporting logistical queries on Amazon (PO extensions, PO cancellations, Returns, FC refusals) • Budget tracking – monitor and update weekly budget reports • Focus on increasing conversion rates and traffic • Support the creation of advertising strategies • Promotion planning • Spotting opportunities for growth across our ROW regions (Non-EU Amazon Marketplaces). • Create growth plans tied to future budgets • Attention to detail – ensuring that jobs are completed from start to finish whether that’s setting up new marketplaces or adding new products to existing marketplaces. • Working with external agencies • Ownership, responsibility and accountability for all of our ROW Amazon marketplaces • Inventory management, working with existing supply chain team Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Vendor Central accounts, with a strong record of driving sales growth and improving account performance. Experience working with brands on Amazon.com In-depth understanding of Amazon's algorithms, policies, and best practices, including familiarity with Amazon PPC, SEO, and product listing optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics, translating them into actionable strategies to enhance account performance and profitability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in response to new challenges.
