Reporting into the Sales Director the purpose of the coordinator role is to create accurate costings and maintain our costing system and price list.
We are looking for a strong administrator with a high attention to detail whose main responsibilities in the role will include:
* Create costings in line with customer specific requirements and being mindful of required contributions
* Maintaining costing system –ensuring there is only one live costing in ok to scale up and that it matches the price list and the finance folder
* Keep price list up to date at all times, ensuring any changes are fully communicated in a timely manner
* Implementing Product Change Requests and ensuring commercial implications are highlighted
* Highlighting/Sourcing new ingredients
* Communicate listings to business by sending out listing/commercial forms in a timely manner and ensuring all information is available
* Creating customer commercial submission forms
Key performance indicators to measure success in the role are:
* Maintaining a price file and costing files accurately and in a time sensitive manner
* OTIF–development and commercials aspects
* Ensure costings are available to send out alongside sample despatch
