We are currently looking for a passionate Handyperson to join our Engineering Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Handyperson, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
* To carry out minor repairs to building fabric and keep all front and back of house up to a high standard.
* To assist all other technicians in the team to carry out their work when instructed by the supervisors or requested by the technicians.
* To keep engineering workshop and all engineering areas clean and tidy to a high standard and complying with the hotel H & S guidelines.
* To assist the Shift Engineer on Duty to carry out work.
* To attend to any engineering requests that are passed over through the engineering line of communication set up in the department.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
