The role will be based at Fawcett House in Cambridge and will will ideally commence on 7th April.This opportunity could be for you if you’re looking to expand your existing management skills and experience in a different service area or if you’re a Senior Practitioner wishing to step up into a management role.You’ll need to be an experienced practitioner, committed to improving outcomes for children & young people. You’ll work in a strengths-based and solution-focused approach and have good organisation skills, be an effective communicator, have a sound understanding of thresholds and can work closely with internal and external agencies.Knowledge and understanding of Family Support & Safeguarding is advantageous but not essential as training and support will be provided for the right candidate. In return you can expect a supportive and encouraging peer and management structure and a chance to enhance your own skills and abilities in Family Support & Safeguarding.
