The Role
As a Counsellor, you will work as a key member of the specialist team providing a high standard of counselling, including:
* Tailored counselling approaches to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of our clients.
* Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.
* Work as part of a team ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellbeing.
About You
You will:
* Be a Qualified Counsellor.
* Have an accredited membership, or be working towards, of BACP, UKCP, or BPS or equivalent.
* Be a compassionate and empathic individual with a genuine commitment to improving the quality of care for your clients.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues, patients, and their loved ones.
* Have the ability to adapt counselling techniques to suit the unique needs of each individual.
