If so, then we want to hear from you as we are on the lookout for a Site Administrator to join us at our Coop site in Thurrock. You’ll be an integral part of the on-site team reporting to the Site Manager. You’ll have great variation in daily tasks, including but not limited to payroll, tracking absence, and notifying managers of different stages, ordering site supplies, and completing contract signing with colleagues.
In short, we need an all-rounder, someone who will pitch in when needed!
This is a part-time, permanent position where you’ll be working 3 days a week (Mondays are essential), 10:00-14:00, but we are flexible on start and end times, if you can give us some flexibility to, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £8,424.00 per annum. In addition, we offer 10 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* To provide accurate and efficient administrative support for site as required
* Responsible for completing absence tracker and sending weekly
* Responsible for site consumables such as uniform, operational supplies and trailers
* Support for visitors to site, admin/note-taking support for managers and general administration support
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Past administration experience, ideally in a people focused role with some finance experience preferred
* Excellent communicator, as you will be working with stakeholders at different levels
* Good IT knowledge and confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and other systems/databases
* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
