1. Processing day-to-day /financial transactions, accurately and efficiently
2. Managing and maintaining cash book, client and other ledgers and records
3. Recording and reconciling bank transactions
4. Processing and managing payments
5. Processing sales invoices and credit control
6. Processing payroll and VAT returns
7. Undertaking analysis and financial reporting
8. Promptly and accurately dealing with requests for information and queries
9. Ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed Qualifications & Experience:
10. Minimum GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English (essential)
11. AAT qualification (essential)
12. 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role (essential)
13. Experience of using accounts software packages (essential)
Skills (all essential):
14. Strong numeracy and IT skills including use of office, outlook, excel, accounts packages, case management systems, etc
15. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
16. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
17. Effective time management (planning, organising and meeting deadlines)
18. Able to follow office policies, processes and procedures
