The Role:
We are seeking a weekendFood and Beverage Assistant to join us at the Beechwood Kitchen,
Queen Elizabeth Country Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in this modern, light:filled space serving good mood food and the best flat whites this side of the Solent. Think hearty breakfasts, vibrant salads and freshly made food using locally sourced ingredients.
As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work well under pressure, and deal calmly with unexpected situations. You will be an enthusiastic team player and demonstrate a passion for hospitality, putting the customer at the heart of what you do. With a willingness to learn, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation.
Duties will include welcoming and serving customers, preparing food and drinks under supervision and providing table service, together with general cleaning duties and washing up. Catering experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
This role is part:time (14.8 hours) weekend hours, with Sunday and Bank Holiday working paid at an enhanced rate ( GBP 18.30 Sunday rate).On target earnings up to GBP 11,500 per annum including enhancements. Additional seasonal overtime hours will also be available.
