The CMA HR Division are recruiting for an organisation with sites based across Dorset, to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner specialising in change projects, for a 2 year fixed term contract.
Working closely with the Senior Business Partner the aim of the role is to provide expertise to the leadership teams as they go through a large scale change programme.
What will Interim HR Business Partner role involve?
• Change management including TUPE transfers and restructures
• Cultural development and communication strategies
• Implement learning strategies and programmes.
• Support and manage the people co-ordinator
Suitable Candidate for Interim HR Business Partner vacancy:
• Ideally CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience
• Available to start at the beginning of April ideally
• Good generalist HR with strong change experience, extensive employment law experience
• Full drivers license for occasional travel across sites
