As part of this, they are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join the Apprenticeships function of the business to assist with the running of apprenticeship programmes across the UK, a cutting-edge education experience relevant to today's world of work backed by a high-profile corporate giant. Your new role
You will be working alongside the Apprenticeship Programme Lead responsible for overseeing the apprenticeship programme. You will work within a detailed project plan for the apprenticeship programme; dealing with administrative tasks, attending client meetings and liaising with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role will include providing full administrative support to the programme, event planning support, client liaison, creation of programme learning materials, stakeholder management, and you will take full responsibility for maintaining engagement and gaining feedback from the participants of the apprenticeship.
The role is part-time, working 3 days a week on a hybrid basis. There is flexibility around your chosen working days, but Friday is an essential working day. Travel to England is an aspect of this role the postholder must be able to amodate on a quarterly basis. On average, this will be 10 times per year but as the programme expands, this will be more frequent.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Understanding of the English Apprenticeship model.
2. Experience of delivering training as part of your role.
3. Strong administrative and IT skills.
4. Confidence in presenting to small audiences.
5. Strong organisational skill and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
6. A keen interest in entrepreneurial business.
