Job Advert: Learning Support Assistant in Lincoln
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Lincoln. If you have experience supporting students with special educational needs and a passion for helping young people reach their potential, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
* Support students in their classroom tasks, helping to ensure they understand the material
* Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support students in their learning
* Ability to work as part of a team while being adaptable to individual student needs
* Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred
Details:
* Location: Lincoln
* Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30, term time only
* Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with the potential to rise
