We are working with a global Facilities Services business to appoint an Account Director for a large high-profile estate in the North West. Our client is responsible for the delivery of hard & soft FM services across public & private sector customers.
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative account lead to grow and manage a large scale complex estate. Key accountabilities include:
* Accountable for all financial and commercial elements
* Managing a large P&L of 10mil+
* Developing key customer relationships
* Identifying commercial opportunities and developing contract scope
* Supply chain management
* Leadership and development of a large service delivery team
* Upskilling management team and succession planning
* Ensuring delivery is in line with contractual obligations
* Using data and technology to drive delivery efficiency
We are looking for a people-first dynamic leader. You must have managed FM services at a senior level and have been responsible for a large budget/P&L. This is a fantastic opportunity to positively impact and lead a large FM contract.
