Senior Account Manager – Travel & Hospitality
📍 Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in London office, rest remote
📅 Contract: 12-month contract
💰 Rate: £38 per hour (Paid via Umbrella)
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading travel and hospitality platform on a 12-month contract. You’ll manage high-value Professional Hosts and property management clients, driving revenue growth and optimising performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a portfolio of 150+ high-revenue accounts, working closely with Directors, C-suite, and business owners.
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximise bookings and revenue.
* Conduct regular business reviews and optimisation calls, identifying areas for growth.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
* Collaborate with Product, Policy, and Communications teams to drive platform success.
* Provide hands-on support to hosts, ensuring seamless use of platform features.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management.
* 2+ years in travel, hospitality, or property management.
* Strong analytical skills, using data insights to drive performance.
* Excellent communication & presentation skills, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage fast-paced workloads, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
* Some business development experience is a plus.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to assigned markets.
