About The Role: We are seeking a dedicated part time Domestic Assistant to deliver a high-quality cleaning service in line with contractual schedules. This role requires adherence to GFM and Service User policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditations, as well as all statutory and contractual obligations. Hours of work: 20 hrs per week Mon – Fri - 08.30am - 12.30pm Key Responsibilities: Perform general and equipment cleaning as per scheduled instructions Maintain a 15-minute handover process to ensure smooth service continuity Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company values at all times Ensure all external access areas remain clean and presentable Follow service agreements, schedules, and instructions diligently Maintain stock levels where required, including stock-taking and record-keeping Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene, uniform, and professional appearance Undertake relevant training to enhance skills and performance About You: Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is advantageous Knowledge of automated cleaning processes and commercial cleaning procedures Proactive and highly organised, with a keen eye for detail Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues systematically Excellent teamworking and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively Adaptable, resilient, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment About Us: At GFM we pride ourselves on service, innovation and the ongoing relationships we have with our client.
