You will be instrumental in equipping healthcare professionals with the essential tools they need to provide compassionate and effective care to patients with intricate health challenges.
Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Fellow, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Integrated Care System (ICS) colleagues, voluntary and community sector partners, and individuals with lived experience. The initial phase of the programme will focus on hospital staff extending to wider system partners as the programme develops. Responsibilities will include designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating the Enhance training program, ensuring alignment with NHS England standards and timelines.
For this role you will need:
1. Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse or Medical qualification.
2. Strong communication skills for engaging with a range of diverse stakeholders.
3. Experience in training development and delivery, to agreed standards and timescales.
4. Experience of running projects, good organisational, and planning skills.
5. A background in health and social care.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues including clinicians, managers, administrators and groups or individuals with lived experience.
The Clinical Fellow will report to the Senior Commissioning Manager, as well as receiving clinical support.
