There are multiple roles available in Stretford based Primary School (M32). These posts are for both part and full time, to start immediately after February half term for emergency cover and staffing gaps.
The School is looking for people to support children aged between 4 and 11 with their educational needs. The ideal person will have a passion for delivering effective support to children, displaying patience and effective communication skills in order to inspire these children towards their goals. In this role, as a learning support assistant, you will be expected to build positive relationships with the pupils and encourage them to make positive choices and behaviour.
Long-term roles available
* Full-time positions (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm)
* Required to commit to the school on a long-term basis
* Interested in securing a permanent role
Short-term roles available
* Part-time and/or full-time positions (Varied/ ad-hoc days - 8.30am-1.00pm/ 12.00pm-3.30pm/ 8.30am-3.30pm)
* Would be covering emergency/ scheduled absences
You would be joining a brilliant school with a friendly and supportive team who are keen to ensure the success of their pupils is a top priority. You will be expected to provide general support within the classes and work collaboratively with other LSAs and the class teachers.
