An Administrator is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support within a manufacturing setting located in Lewes. Reviewing data and running reports is a key part to this position.
The role of Administrator:
* Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the team.
* Coordinating and managing meetings, including the preparation of meeting agendas.
* Maintaining an efficient and organised filing system for all relevant documents.
* Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
* Handling queries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of operational strategies.
* Ensuring office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.
* Supporting other team members as required in an efficient and cooperative manner.
A successful Administrator should have:
* A proven track record in a similar administrative role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Enjoy running reports and analysing data
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
