CSG has partnered with a well-established company based in Ipswich. Together we are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Handle queries related to accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
AAT Level 2 qualified or working towards it.
Previous experience in a Accounts Assistant position
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
