Salary/Hourly Rate: £11.62
Job Type: Temporary to be permanent for right candidates
Working hours/days: 8 hours between hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday (weekend work included)
HR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of the customer service companies based in Gateshead as a Customer Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be customer service focused, able to work as part of a team or individually with good negotiation skills. You will be responsible for handling emails and queries in a polite and professional manner.
General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:
1. Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner.
2. Provide clear guidance on payment processes.
3. Collaborate effectively both within a team and independently.

1. Be self-motivated and work towards targets.
2. Excellent listener and communicator.
3. Previous experience in fast paced office/call centre environment.
4. Strong customer service skills.
