Are you ready to kickstart your career in marketing with a leading brand? Worcester Bosch is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Rewards & Promotions Graduate to support our Customer Loyalty & Campaigns Manager in designing and implementing innovative strategies that enhance customer engagement and boost brand loyalty.
What You'll Do:
1. Design & Implement Strategies: Collaborate with our Customer Loyalty & Campaigns Manager to create and manage exciting rewards and promotions, including shop campaigns on our e-commerce site like Black Friday.
2. Innovative Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing, sales, and product management teams to develop unique promotional offerings that align with our business objectives and captivate our audience.
3. Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with our marketing data analyst to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, optimizing promotions to maximize return on investment.
4. Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for promotional strategies that set us apart.
5. Budget Management: Oversee promotion budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of funds for customer payouts.
6. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer service teams to address queries and feedback regarding promotions and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
7. Reporting & Presentation: Create reports on campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating analytical and strategic skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Relevant certifications in digital marketing or CRM are a plus.
* Experience involving direct customer interaction or customer service.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and initiative-taking.
* Strong attention to detail for accurate campaign execution and reporting.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with collaborative skills.
Additional Information:
Deadline for Applications: 22nd April – early applications encouraged as the vacancy may close early.
Expected Start Date: 01 June 2025
Working Hours: 39 hours/week; Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–16:00, with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
