What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with: Experience or interest in supporting children with SEN, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language needs. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. Patience, empathy, and resilience to handle challenges effectively. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable but not Essential: Prior experience in a school or care setting. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate.
