As an IT Change Analyst in the Change the Business team, you will play a key role in implementing and ensuring the adoption of IT and business-driven changes. Your expertise in change management will help create a culture of adaptability, ensuring projects deliver maximum value. Reporting to the IT Change Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering projects smoothly, minimizing disruption, and maximizing benefits. Your contributions will support the organisation's growth and innovation through effective change management.
You will be responsible for:
1. Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of IT projects, developing change management plans, and implementing best practices to ensure smooth integration.
2. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, addressing concerns, and aligning objectives between IT and business units.
3. Creating clear communication plans, maintaining project documentation, and effectively sharing updates on changes, risks, and issues.
4. Identifying training needs, developing training programs, coordinating sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness.
5. Assessing the organization’s readiness for change, identifying potential challenges, and implementing strategies to foster acceptance.
6. Monitoring the effectiveness of changes, addressing issues, and overseeing the transition to IT Service Delivery, while documenting lessons learned.
7. Maintaining records of change management activities, analyzing feedback, and preparing progress updates to improve future initiatives.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications in change management are advantageous.
Experience
1. Proven experience in change management, particularly within IT projects in a corporate environment.
2. Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
3. Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities within complex projects.
4. Proficiency in using change management software and tools.
