As a Section Manager, you’ll support evening shift operations, lead teams, focus on performance and talent management, and support personal development through coaching and upskilling to meet operational goals and serve our customers.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders including Strategic Planning, Core Operations, Automation, Flow Room, ICQA, IT, H&S, HR, and agency partners, ensuring daily targets are met. You’ll also own the Lux agenda and deliver OKRs.
* Manage and coach Supervisors, conduct performance reviews, set SMART goals, and foster understanding of individual roles in customer delivery.
* Drive performance on key metrics, ensure warehouse efficiency, and meet customer demand.
* Monitor delivery plans and key shift areas.
* Hold monthly inbound/outbound performance forums.
* Promote safety standards on site, working with the Safety team.
* Review weekly labor plans, address issues, and coordinate with managers.
* Report on performance and develop plans to address shortfalls.
