Full-Time Teacher – Alternative Provision (The Wirral)
An alternative provision in The Wirral is seeking a passionate and dynamic Teacher to join its dedicated team. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity for an educator who thrives in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of students.
* Support learners who have struggled in mainstream education, helping them re-engage with learning.
* Work closely with a small, collaborative team to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Manage challenging behaviour effectively, using a compassionate and structured approach.
* Contribute to the wider school community and assist in developing strategies for student success.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
* Previous experience in alternative provisions, SEN settings, or working with students with SEMH needs is advantageous.
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* A creative and adaptable teaching style to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* A commitment to fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
