The position holder is responsible for the delivery of a security service that provides protection for people, property and general assets in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards.

G4S is recruiting for an Security Officer to work in, Watford
The rate of pay is £ per hour.

Days, Nights and weekends on a rotational shift pattern

Must have a SIA Security Guarding or Door supervisor SIA
Your Time at Work
As a Security Officer at G4S, you are more than a Security Guard. You'll ensure the safety of our customers staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment. Other duties include:
1 To present a professional and courteous image to all internal and external customers
2 To carry out duties in accordance with Company, legal and statutory requirements
and to follow agreed service delivery processes and specific customer instructions
3 To maintain accurate written records and electronic data logs in an accurate
and timely manner to demonstrate service compliance
3 To utilise equipment and resources in a safe and responsible manner, to minimize
risk to self, customers and colleagues
4 To proactively identify health and safety issues and hazards on customer premises
5 To take a positive and active part in training activities to enhance personal and
company performance levels
6 To adhere to agreed Health and Safety standards
7 To ensure G4S standards, principles and values are upheld and promoted.
8 To carry out additional duties as required.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.
We will Need to have a SIA license
Must hold a Driving license manual
