As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial performance, ensuring robust financial controls, and providing strategic insight to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all financial operations, including management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Implement and maintain strong financial controls and compliance procedures.
* Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Provide commercial and strategic support to the senior leadership team.
* Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
* Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements and system enhancements to support business growth.
Key Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide financial insights that drive business success.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
* Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
* Degree in accountancy, economics or business.
