About the role You will be a positive role model for the children within Amegreen Children’s Services, our Supported Accommodation Home focuses on supporting children aged 16 with transitioning into adult life. You will be required to guide, direct, and encourage positive life skills, promoting healthy living, and teaching life skills such as, paying taxes, creating their own CVs and support with securing work or apprenticeships. As the Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager in the supervision and support of the staff with their tasks, review documents including casework files and risk management, organise the rota, assisting the children with their daily routines and ensure the day to day running of the home is clean, tidy and organised.
