Space & Time are looking for a keen and customer-service focused Media Executive with a passion for advertising and media buying, to join our team in our modern London offices, based near Old St.
The Role
As a Media Executive, you’ll be assisting the Head of Pharma Media and Strategic Performance Directors with the planning, buying and administration of first-class media campaigns. The role involves implementing media bookings, researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies and internal specialists, and to assist on the reporting on the impact of media activity.
1. Liaising with clients via phone and email providing excellent customer service, building rapport and client relationship
2. Negotiate improved rates for clients, securing added value where possible
3. Provide guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules, creative specs etc.
4. Providing monthly reports
5. Regularly attends and contributes to team and supplier meetings
Experience / Skills
1. Skilled telephone communicator with clients/suppliers/senior colleagues
2. Excellent and professional written communication. Confidently communicates with clients and suppliers
3. Demonstrable media planning experience (either B2B or B2C)
4. Hands on experience with digital media tools and systems (such as Google Campaign Manager)
5. Experience within direct, programmatic, social media, OOH, DOOH advertising
6. Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy
7. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
8. Commercial awareness and financial acumen
9. Initiative and ability to identify issues and develop solutions
10. Ability to handle a busy workload, prioritise and be flexible
