We have a fantastic opportunity for our client who are a family run business expanding rapidly based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
We are looking to recruit an Event Product Supervisor / Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have some previous supervisory experience and some electrical experience would also be an advantage.
You will be required to manage a small team of around 6 people. 40 hour standard working week however overtime is also available.
£15.00 per hour - £20.00 per hour PAYE depending on experience.

Main Duties:
· Manage all event boards and adaptors that are within agreed designated areas, tested and inspected and presented in the required standard.
· Supervise all staff within your designated area agreed with by Line Manger.
· Support client relations team with technical support, stock level queries and alternative solutions to no stock.
· Support with liaising with clients when required over faults with items under your remit- inclusive of site visits due to unresolvable problems over the phone if appropriate sub-contractors/ staff cannot be found to carry out visit.
· Schedule labour in appropriate area to meet targets with outbound jobs or projects, inform designated line manager of any shortages or unachievable targets.
· Support relevant parties with picking items within your agreed remit.
· Mentor and develop electricians and improvers with your agreed products.
· Check competency on all staff are monitored/regulated, Identify and mitigate project risks.
· Process is compliant with internal and external standards.
· Ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
· Conduct yourself in a professional manner with colleagues, management and external contacts.
· Ensure all materials and components meet specifications.
· Cover all aspects of call out, picking and dispatching goods out of hours.
