Registered Nurse
Springboig Care Centre has been professionally and thoughtfully designed to provide living accommodation for the elderly. Our residents are predominantly frail elderly, with dementia and adults with life-limiting conditions, mental health conditions, or physical/learning disabilities.
The Role
We currently have an opportunity available for a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN to join our friendly team. Working at our home, you’ll look after our residents’ health, wellbeing, and happiness. Above all, you’ll be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect, trust, and joy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work within the NMC code of conduct and scope of practice
2. Ensure the individual needs of residents are met
3. Promote a warm and friendly atmosphere within the home
4. Provide clinical nursing care
5. Update resident care plans
6. Liaise with GP and other medical physicians
7. Build and maintain good relationships with residents and their relatives
8. Ensure residents have an active, varied, and interesting life that respects individual choice and capability, whilst observing and promoting residents' choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfillment, and other rights
