An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Facilities Manager to join Milestones Trust. We are a not-for-profit charitable organisation with a 36-year track record of offering high-quality person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and enduring mental health needs.
As a Facilities Manager in the Estate team, you will ensure all central facilities, services and contracts are managed efficiently, cost effectively and with a high degree of service standards. The role will support and lead the Estate Admin team in providing support to the wider department and the Trust.
This role is for you if you have:
* Facilities Management related industry qualifications
* Knowledge of H&S legislation regarding Buildings and facilities
* Experience of leading teams of administrators
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
