Customer Service Agent
* Salary: from £25,903 plus monthly bonus (typical £300 a month). Can earn over £30,000 in your first year.
* Flexible Hybrid working: once competent (minimum 6 months), the working pattern is then 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

We are looking for Customer Service / Call Centre Agents to join our team starting on 18th November 2024. We seek team players who match our enthusiasm, work ethic, and commitment to 5-star customer service.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Engaging customers on inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service.
* Helping customers with structured payment plans.
* Striving to achieve team and personal targets including call productivity, call quality, and collections.
* Confidently handling calls to support potentially vulnerable customers and delivering solutions with care and empathy.
Skills Required:
* Ability to listen, question, and problem-solve.
* Confidence, empathy, and resilience.
You’ll spend the first five weeks in the office for training Monday-Friday. Once ready, you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns (40-hour per week contract):
* Week 1 – Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm
* Week 2 – Monday to Friday: 12pm - 8pm
* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
