Support Worker
Search Health-care are working with a Nationally Recognised Health-care Provider to source a number of experienced Support Workers for Mental Health Units to provide support to vulnerable service users in their daily life routines. You MUST have experience working with individuals with complex needs and mental health difficulties.
The Role:
You will be supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties and complex needs. You will be expected to work flexible shifts, both days and nights. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months previous experience working as a Support Worker, specifically with mental health or learning difficulties. We are particularly interested in candidates who have completed MAPA/PMVA training. Regular weekend shifts will be required.

4. At least 1 year of experience in the mental health sector and the ability to provide 3 years of employment references.
5. MAPA or PMVA training.
