Do you want to shape the future of the industry? This exciting role will include: Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Lecturer to support practical training lessons for students. Facilitate food and beverage service during lunch and occasional dinners for guests and clients. Supervise students, empowering them to take ownership of their service and learning experience. Assist with guest bookings, finance, and cash handling operations behind the scenes. Ensure consistent application of safe food handling practices and proper documentation.
