Working for an independent body set up by the Welsh Government who liaises with the public regarding their experiences of Health and Social Care across Wales.
Your new role
Engagement: Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging.
Be the first point of contact for incoming emails: Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes.
Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns.
Handle challenging calls: Confidently manage difficult callers.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel: Confidently use MS packages.
Data entry and management using CRM systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with the public
Experience of working in a customer-facing role
Administrative experience
Must pass DBS check
What you'll get in return
£14.05 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (37.5 hours)
Primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely when required
Good public transport links and parking
3 months temp with possible extension
DBS check covered by agency
