A look into the role Work strategically alongside the business leads to implement Resourcing plans Help the business understand the processes behind recruiting contractors Work collaboratively with the rest of the Agile Talent team to provide a good candidate experience as well as continue to build out the contractor community in Grant Thornton Use tools such as LinkedIn to headhunt the very best contractors in the market Develop a strong understanding of what a ‘good’ candidate looks like Pre-screen candidates before proposing them to Business Leads for interview Support contractors through the onboarding journey, building relationships and expanding your knowledge of their skillset Knowing you’re right for us Joining us as a Recruiter within the Agile Talent team, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience in recruiting ideally in a professional services environment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
