Fujifilm Clinical Specialist (Sonographer) - Minneapolis in Dover, Delaware
Position Overview
The Clinical Specialist (ARDMS Certification Required) - Minneapolis, MN position is responsible for understanding and addressing the clinical needs of customers within an assigned territory. The Clinical Specialists partner with Territory Managers to demo FUJIFILM Sonosite products, close deals, and ensure ongoing positive customer experience. After the sale, this role owns client relationships and works to encourage customer adoption and use of FUJIFILM Sonosite products.
Note: This position is open to candidates who currently reside in the greater Minneapolis, MN or St. Paul, MN area as this would be a central location relative to the territory's business.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
1. Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite’s products, and close new deals.
2. Responsible for implementing FUJIFILM Sonosite product at customer site and training customer on how to use new products.
3. Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues, to ensure ongoing positive customer experience.
4. Support Territory Manager counterpart by maintaining FUJIFILM Sonosite presence and relationships at installed base client sites.
5. Work to convey overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products for users and other stakeholders within customer site.
6. Work with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate Fujifilm Sonosite’s products in the field, when needed.
7. Identify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and bring opportunity to the attention of Territory Manager to pursue and close deal.
8. Provide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed.
9. Provide support to other areas of the company as needed.
10. Act as primary commercial resource in absence of Territory Manager counterpart.
11. Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company’s quality system.
Knowledge and Experience:
1. 2 year degree from an accredited ultrasound teach institution.
2. RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN.
3. RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible desired.
4. Must have at least (3) three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/ Vascular).
5. Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization is required.
6. Ability to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite respectively.
7. Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests is a must.

3. Effectively and appropriately displays professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues.

5. Works in a well-organized manner and consistently meets customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite time requirements.
6. Ability to travel 90% of the time.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
9. Represents FUJIFILM Sonosite in a highly professional manner.
Salary and Benefits:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).

Paid Time Off:
* You can accrue up to three (3) weeks of PTO in your first year of employment.
* PTO increases based on years of service.

* Eight (8) paid holidays per year.
