Job Title: Operations Analyst Job Description We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team as a Global Operational Excellence Analyst on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the formation, planning, and execution of key operational projects across our newly formed global organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met, deliver actionable insights, and present clear conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders and to the VP of Order Operations. Responsibilities Support the formation, planning, and execution of global operational projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Initiate a project that summarises Order Operations activities performed in each country to understand FTE split per activity, time spent on each activity, and perceived complexity of tasks performed. Synthesize and present output into meaningful and actionable insights for management. Establish KPIs and data metrics per country and for the global organisation supporting volumes, productivity, and headcount related metrics under the direction of the VP of Order Operations. Support with the tracking and project management of all IT and process/continuous improvement initiatives in-country impacting Order Operations. Collaborate with IT and Finance to oversee delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Conduct a review of existing landscape to understand approvals and workflows impacting order operations (Credit note approvals, discounting, etc.). Document variances in approval authority and thresholds and work with the VP of Order Ops to make recommendations to the business. Seek out training opportunities for the business and the team. Work closely with Order Operations Managers to gain a deep understanding of country/regional operations, distil, synthesize, and present information. Translate insights into meaningful actions and act as an Agent of Change.
