Role Overview
Seeking a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to join an innovative team and work on public and private sector projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team and manage diverse and challenging projects.

Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
- CDM / Health & Safety exposure
- Excellent specification writing skills
- CA skills including JCT Contracts
- Proven track record in project management from inception to completion
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Client-facing with a high standard of technical delivery
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Previous consultancy experience
- Team player, flexible, and motivated
