We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Supervised Contact Worker, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £12.74 - £16.23 per Hour Responsibilities: The main purpose of the role is to observe and supervise contact between children and family members, or friends, either within our Children's Contact Centres/ Children and Family Centres or in the local community, and occasionally in the family home. The candidates will have good report writing skills in order to accurately and factually describe observations of contact.They will be required to identify the strengths of those attending as well as all potential risks intervening, where necessary, to reduce or remove any harm or abuse, therefore an awareness of families and family dynamics, along with a good understanding of child development is key. Requirements: The ability to use the full range of MS Office and databases alongside attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are required.
